People have been using herbs for thousands of years for cosmetic, nutritional and therapeutic purposes. Today’s technology, using extractors, evaporators and spray drying equipment, makes it possible to process a wide variety of herbs in large quantities, with consistent purity, to supply botanical active ingredients at specified concentrations and clinical efficacy.

Herbal plants are those that contain Essential substance and Oils. Essential substance and Oils occur widely in the plant kingdom, not only in the flowers, leaves and fruit but also in the root systems and in other parts of green plants. Essential substance and Oils are complex mixtures of individual chemical constituents, the precise nature and proportions of which determine its therapeutic and fragrant properties.

Solvent Extraction Processes can be made in three ways:

1. Ethanol Extraction Processes:

Only Polar substance from herbs is extracted by Ethanol Extraction Processes. The products will contain useful substances from herbs. Final products will be free from Ethanol and safe for human used.

2. Hexane Extraction Processes:

Only Non – Polar substance from herbs is extracted by Hexane Extraction Processes. The products will contain useful substances from herbs. Final products will be free from Hexane and safe for human used.

3. Carbon Dioxide Extraction Processes:

Essential Oils found in very low plant concentrations, such as Jasmine, and Rose will be used Carbon Dioxide Extraction Processes.

Solvent Extracted Essential Oils have a finer fragrance and more substance necessaries for the skin than Steam Distilled Essential Oils. Extract Oils can be used for their cosmetic, medicinal and scent qualities and they can be applied in various ways, including in baths, creams, hair care preparations, hot/cold compresses, hydrosols, inhalation, lotions, massage, ointments, oils, steam inhalation and vaporization.
